Since the early 2000s, the concept of "Quality in Healthcare" became solid and well-established in western countries. It simply means “Doing the right thing for the right patient, at the right time, in the right way to achieve the best possible results.” I was one of the first patches graduated from the American University to have the specialized "Professional Diploma in Total Quality Management in Healthcare Reform", then I got my licence as a Quality Specialist back in 2009. Through years and since 2009, I accumulated a very good experience in the following related fields :

My experience includes:
- Extended experience in JCI (Joint Commission International) accreditation and re-accreditation for the Saudi German Hospitals and Sultan Bin Abdulaziz Medical city in KSA. I was appointed AOP chapter leader with 100% standard compliance rate during my position as the Radiology Department Head, getting multiple rewards and certificates.
- Extended experience in CARF (The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities ) accreditation and re-accreditation for the Sultan Bin Abdulaziz Medical city in KSA.
- Extended experience in CBAHI (The Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions) accreditation for the Sultan Bin Abdulaziz Medical city in KSA.
